How Do I Display More Than 50 Records Per Page?

Go to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. List view:

1.      Dynamics CRM for Outlook: Click CRM from the top menu.  For the Web version: Click Tools from the top menu. 

2.      From the drop down menu click Options.  Select the number of records you would like to display. The maximum is 250. Click OK.
