xRM has released a new version of its Constant Contact Integration tool that is compatible with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and CRM Online.
xRM Constant Contact Integration makes it easy to manage contacts between your Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics CRM databases. The tool provides three core features that any company using Constant Contact for email marketing and Microsoft Dynamics for its CRM will appreciate. First, it provides one-way synchronization of your Dynamics CRM Marketing Lists to your Constant Contact account, allowing you to make use of your current CRM database without risking overwriting your data in CRM. Second, it allows you to import the results of your Constant Contact Email campaigns to CRM. Third, it imports unsubscribes to CRM.
The tool is compatible with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Internet-facing deployments (IFD) and partner-hosted deployments (ADFS) of CRM 2013, and CRM 2011.
