If you’ve ever experienced an issue installing or configuring the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook client, then you’re going to love the wizard that Microsoft released in April 2012.
The CRM for Outlook Configuration Troubleshooting Wizard (pictured in an example below) is a tool designed to aid users of any level with any issue that they may experience while configuring the client. The tool is embedded in a web page that’s accessed through your web browser.
The wizard asks you a series of questions, determines the source of your issue, and then provides a step-by-step resolution.
